Is Inspector the same as the AI Grader?
No. Inspector is a separate visual inspection workbench. Its tools use deterministic image processing. It does not include AI Grader credits or a Pro subscription.
Do I need special hardware?
You can start by uploading a clear card image. For live inspection, connect a camera supported by your browser. A desktop Chromium browser is recommended for the full workbench. Lighting and camera quality affect what you can see.
Are my card images uploaded?
The hosted inspection tools process images locally in your browser. Your captures are kept in the current session; download anything you want to keep before closing or refreshing the page. There is no cloud image library.
Does this guarantee a grading result?
No. Inspector helps you examine and document a card. Its measurements and views are inspection aids, not certification or a guarantee of a third-party grade.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open your account and choose Manage billing to access Stripe’s secure billing portal. You can update your payment method, download invoices and cancel renewal. Your paid access continues through the current billing period.
Can I use a flatbed scanner?
You can upload scans saved by any scanner. Direct scanner acquisition requires the optional local scanner bridge and browser permission; it is not included in the hosted setup.
